CONTRACT A contract will not exist between BUSH-FELT TOURS cc, and the passenger/ s until such time as we have received a completed/ signed copy of our standard Booking Form.
Unless otherwise specified, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 20% (25% on selected products) of the total tour price, per person, is payable within fourteen days of making a reservation. The balance of the total tour price due is payable not later than eight weeks prior to the departure, unless otherwise specified. The total amount due is payable immediately in respect of reservations received within eight weeks of departure. Provisional reservations will automatically be cancelled if the company has not received a signed Passenger Booking Form (See page 5), together with the required deposit or full payment, as applicable, on or before the due date stated on the invoice.
LATE BOOKING FEE & COMMUNICATION EXPENSES
In the event of a booking (except South Africa bookings) being made less than 7 days prior to the date of departure, BUSH-FELT TOURS reserves the right to charge for any extra communication expenses. Full payment is due immediately on confirmation and is non-refundable on all late bookings. Some bookings require full payment at the time of booking i.e. prior to confirmation. If we are unable to secure confirmation you will be refunded in full, within 21 days.
Once a confirmation of reservation has been received in our office, it becomes liable for cancellation fees in accordance with the following scale, unless otherwise specified. These conditions will be strictly adhered to and cancellation insurance is therefore strongly recommended. In accordance with the standard procedure adopted by all tour operators worldwide, we reserve the right to cancel any tour / travel arrangements prior to departure, in which event the entire payment made will be refunded to the passenger without any further obligation on the part of the company. All passengers are strongly urged to take out travel insurance, covering personal accident, medical expenses, baggage and loss of deposit through cancellation and / or default of the individual principal service providers.
All tour / travel prices are therefore subject to change, without prior notice, due to unforeseen exchange rate fluctuations, tariff adjustments and / or accommodation which may become effective up to, and including the day, that full payment is affected.
Tour prices do not include airport taxes (unless otherwise specified), local hotel tourism taxes / levies (where applicable), telephone calls, laundry, entertainment arrangements, meals / beverages and other items of a personal nature, unless actually specified to the contrary, in the itinerary / tour program & relevant documentation.

While every effort is made to keep to all confirmed itineraries; BUSH-FELT TOURS reserve the right to make changes for your convenience. Because we plan arrangements in advance, do not own or control the airlines, hotels and/or other supplier companies who will provide passenger holiday components, changes and even cancellations can occasionally become necessary. In the event that the hotel accommodation, excursion, service, etc. has been properly confirmed by BUSH-FELT TOURS, and not withstanding this, is unavailable for any reason whatsoever, BUSH-FELT TOURS do not accept any liability.

It is the personal responsibility of each passenger to ensure that they are in possession of the correct documentation prior to departure. The company shall not accept responsibility for any consequences of any nature whatsoever arising from the passenger failing to ensure that he/ she has complied with the necessary health/passport/visa requirements. Passengers are reminded about the importance of reconfirming their onward/ return flight reservations, on arrival of each destination. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of reservations.
Privacy Policy BUSH-FELT TOURS is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of our visitors and clients. We will never sell, trade or otherwise give away any information about our customers, except if required to do so by law. Personal details and email addresses received through completing our online booking form are filed away securely and only used by BUSH-FELT TOURS in the process of arranging tours, making reservations, and communicating directly with our clients. All banking transactions are handled with utmost confidentiality using secure methods of communication. Page 3 of 6
Special requests: We can pass on any special requests that you may wish to make at the time of booking, Confirmation that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier, or the inclusion of the special request on your confirmation invoice or any other documentation, is not confirmation that the request will be met.
FORCE MAJEURE
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected, or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss, as a result of "force majeure". In these Booking Conditions, "force majeure" means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.
This document together with BUSH-FELT TOUR’S standard booking form and BUSH-FELT TOUR’S invoice / itinerary constitutes the sole record of the agreement between the parties. No party shall be bound by any representation, warranty, and promise of the like not recorded herein. No addition to the BUSH-FELT TOUR’S standard booking conditions shall be of any force or effect unless in writing and signed by or on behalf of the parties. This agreement shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The passenger hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court having jurisdiction over its person in respect of all proceedings in connection with this agreement.

BOOKING FORM Dear Passenger, This booking form is the sole contract between BUSH-FELT TOURS and yourself and no express terms, undertakings, or warranties not contained herein will be valid. BUSH-FELT TOURS undertakes to provide the services that are detailed under your booking number above and you hereby agree to our Standard Terms. By signing this booking form you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the BUSH-FELT TOURS Terms and Conditions and you agree to comply with them. We need a booking form for each passenger taking part in the tours. If the form is filled out by an agent or other third party on behalf of any passenger, your signature also means that you have the authority and contractual capacity to act on their behalf of and bind the individuals involved. We need to have the details of your next of kin or someone that you would like us to contact in case of emergency or major change in your travel itinerary. Please fill in below. We would like to draw your specific attention to the fact that you are responsible for your own passports, visa’s vaccinations and inoculations Please return this form to BUSH-FELT TOURS when requesting a booking. Documents will be released 24 hours after we have received full payment and this completed booking form.
